At HolleyHairHaven, we primarily ship products via UPS or FedEx. Orders typically require 1-5 business days to ship. Once an item ships, it generally takes 5 business days to arrive. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase. 

Tracking Your Order 

To track your order, log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to view the tracking number and link to track your shipment. 

Holley Hair Haven sends you a tracking number, which allows you to contact the shipper directly.

Local Delivery+Shipments 

If your order includes both shipped items and items that are available for local delivery or pickup only, the shipped items will be mailed to you, while the local delivery or pickup items must be received in person or delivered locally.

For local delivery or pickup orders, a valid government-issued ID is required. The name on the ID must match the name on the form of payment used for the purchase. If the names do not match, the item will not be released.

For example, the name on your driver’s license must match the name on the credit card used to complete the purchase.

Sales Taxes 

Sales tax is collected in accordance with state laws. These charges will be added to your order total during checkout and reflected in your final order confirmation. If you have any questions about state-specific sales tax, please contact your State Tax Agency. 

Shipping Issues and Delays 

*Please note that in the event of a world crisis, pandemic, extreme weather, some other unplanned event, or due to holidays the shipping carrier may experience delays. If something is held up at customs or some world event, please understand that it is 100% out of our control. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. HolleyHairHaven.com is not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience any of these events may cause.
