Refund policy
We will gladly honor our return policy for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for a return it must be:

In the same condition that you received it in

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Once received, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. The item will be inspected. You will be notified again by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Appointment Policy
• All service reservations are non-refundable.
• Should you need to adjust your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for rescheduling.
• Appointments are only eligible to be rescheduled one time.
• Guests that have not arrived by 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a No Show, and the reservation will be respectfully released and cannot be rescheduled.
