Appointment Policy 

All service reservations are final and non-refundable.

Should you need to adjust your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for rescheduling.

Guests that have not arrived by 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a No Show, and the reservation will be respectfully released and cannot be rescheduled.
